"They were great with my husband and I. We were from out of state.. and our baby Gracie got sick and we had to put her down. I cried and sobbed and the Dr and the assistant held me. The hardest thing I ever had to do. We held Gracie until she took her last breath... they got us a paw print and a lock of her hair! Wonderful place".

The staff at Animal ER were very caring and helpful through the process, they explained everything clearly and gave us as much time as we needed with Oliver before and after the procedure.
