Lauren Bowler

Dr. Bowler was raised in Canada where she completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Sciences, before heading to South Africa to raise and rehabilitate wild African animals for 4 years. She then decided it was time for veterinary school and went to Australia where she studied/lived for 8 years, before returning home to Canada. After deciding Canada was simply too cold to live, she decided to move down to Sarasota where she enjoys living with her 2 dogs, Maple and Bogart and 3 cats - Zeus, Louie and Clementine. 

Dr. Bowler loves all aspects of emergency medicine but is especially interested in surgery and emergency procedures. In her free time, she enjoys getting outdoors to the beach, kayaking, staying active, going to sporting events, and heading to Disney!
