Dr. McCourt's passions lie in emergency small animal medicine. Dr. McCourt joins Animal ER of University Park from Coral Springs, Florida where she was an intern at Coral Springs Animal Hospital. 

After receiving her undergraduate degree in Biology  from Jacksonville University, Dr. McCourt received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine. Upon graduating in 2022, she completed a rotating internship at Coral Springs Animal Hospital where she continued her education working with various specialists including cardiology, surgery, ophthalmology, internal medicine, and more. 

When Dr. McCourt isn’t treating her patients, she can be found reading, playing pickleball, relaxing at the beach, and hanging out with friends. She also enjoys spending time with her cat Blueberry who has been with her since he was a bottle baby.
