Dr. Baker completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Florida in 2005. She then went on and attended veterinary school at St. George’s University completing her clinical training at the University of Florida in 2009. Following graduation, she moved to Bohemia, New York to complete an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the prestigious Atlantic Coast Veterinary Specialists. Dr. Baker stayed in New York practicing emergency medicine as well as general practice until moving to Florida in 2012. In 2020, she completed additional certification as a veterinary acupuncturist. She now resides in Sarasota with her two dogs, Dobby and Eenie, and 3 cats, Dracarys, Zimi and Zuri.
